Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Oath's Chocolate Brownie Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup drippy all-natural almond or cashew butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp mint extract
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1–4 tsp water (as needed)
- Crushed mint chocolate candy (optional, for rolling)
In a food processor, process the oats, coconut, and hemp seeds until broken down into a meal consistency. Pulse in the cocoa powder and salt.
Add the almond butter, protein powder, mint extract, maple syrup, and mini chocolate chips. Process until the dough starts to come together and becomes slightly sticky (add water as needed).
Roll the dough into about 12 balls. Roll the completed balls in crushed mint chocolate candy, if desired. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to snack!
