A better question is, why does this Clear Protein taste so amazing?! Well, that would be thanks to our amazing team of flavorists… and our mighty friend, Sucralose along with other sweeteners that we use. 

Sucralose is a no-calorie sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar. Wow, who would’ve thunk?

We have talked with many experts and are ensuring that our sucralose levels are among the recommended levels… even if you drink multiple clear protein servings in one day!

While our products are not gluten-free certified, none of the ingredients are derived from wheat. All of our protein powders contain dairy, and our clear protein powders also contain coconut.

That is an excellent question. It's actually just whey protein made clear with the power of magic. Kidding. Simply put, clear whey is a whey protein isolate that has undergone an ultra-filtration process to lower its pH values and viscosity. This process increases the overall clarity of the protein while creating a light, neutral-tasting base well-suited for crafting a variety of flavors. And like all whey proteins, it delivers superior bioavailability and absorption rates to help maximize protein synthesis and muscle recovery.

You can thank the hint of coconut milk powder for that added layer of light and creamy deliciousness. If for some reason, you’re not in a foamy mood, simply let the clear whey sit for 30 seconds after shaking, then give it one or two more light shakes. This will help dissipate any cream at the top. 

Ummm… because we can? But seriously, who wouldn’t want to mix their protein up once in awhile? And what better way than introducing something light, refreshing and fruity into the mix? In fact, pretty sure that thick and creamy chocolate whey protein you’ve been chugging for years is gonna get jealous as all get out.

Honestly? Only your imagination is the limit. We’re currently working on recipes for you, but here’s some idea starters in the meantime: shaved ice, jello, popsicles, protein ice cubes, cocktails, sorbet—as you can see it’s kind of the perfect protein base.

Yuck! Who wants clumpy protein! This is a common issue that people run into with protein in general; however, we have a few tips and tricks for you.

• Toss your spoon or straw that you are mixing the product up with. The combination of protein and water will cause a clumping or “gumming” effect. This is NOT what we want for you!
• Check your cupboard for a shaker cup. If you do not have one, check out these stunner bottles on our site: Oath Nutrition x BlenderBottle
• Fill up the shaker bottle to 14oz or 16oz of cold water depending on how concentrated you want the flavor. We prefer a little lighter beverage, so we typically fill up to the 16oz line on the shaker bottle. 
• Pick your favorite Clear Protein flavor and put a scoop into the bottle.
• This is the fun step… give it a good shake. We suggest about 10 shakes, but it depends on how hard you’ve been hitting those weights ;)
• You will see a bit of creamy foam at the top. After letting the bottle sit for about 30 seconds, give it a little tilt back and forth. The creamy foam will dissipate within the next couple of minutes. 
• Take a swig and, mmmm, enjoy tasty, tasty protein.
  

Other mixing options include using a blender or a frother.
