Great Taste, Unclear Results

Maybe I have a bit of a caffeine tolerance, but I tend to stick to 200mg pre workouts and this one didn’t register to me. I didn’t even feel the beta alanine that I feel in my other preworkout with the same dosage.

The Apple flavor was delicious, but that’s all I have to say about it. Maybe the PeakATP helped with my energy output a little bit, but I didn’t know how to confirm that since it wasn’t obvious to me. Just felt like a regular old workout. Overall, not worth the price point on taste alone.

This was by far the best pre-workout flavor I’ve ever tried! It didn’t taste super sugary and I love being able to incorporate this into my workout routine!!!
