All Oath Nutrition brand products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. If you believe that a Oath Nutrition branded product contains a manufacturing defect, contact our service team through the link below. Certain limitations may apply, see our full terms and conditions for details.

For products purchased directly from Trove Nutrition, our team will provide you with a matching replacement free of charge. Products purchased from other retailers should be returned by following the return procedure of that retailer where the products were purchased. To qualify for the quality guarantee replacement, you must have a valid proof of purchase, be able to provide the manufacturing information from the product label, and evidence of the product damage. In order for expired products to qualify for guarantee coverage, customers may be required to provide proof that the product was delivered after the expiration date, or that the product was purchased in the last 90 days. Trove Nutrition customer support may require the damaged product to be returned prior to providing a refund or replacement. In such cases, Trove Nutrition will pay the cost of any such return and the return must be received within 14 days of a shipping label or prepaid shipping method being provided to you. Customers who purchased their product directly from Trove Nutrition may choose to have a refund be issued as a company store credit or refunded back to the payment method originally used for the purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll assist you with a refund or a replacement. To qualify for the refund or exchange you must have a valid receipt showing a purchase date within the last 30 days, be able to provide the manufacturing information from the product label, and be able to provide proof that more than 50% of the product is unused. Trove Nutrition customer support may require the unused portion be returned prior to providing a refund or replacement. In such cases, Trove Nutrition will pay the cost of any such return and the return must be received within 14 days of a shipping label or prepaid shipping method being provided to you. For products purchased directly from Trove Nutrition, customers may choose to have the refund be issued as a company store credit or refunded back to the payment method originally used for the purchase. For products purchased through another retailer, refunds shall be issued as a company store credit in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price as shown on the provided proof of purchase. Limit 1 Satisfaction Guarantee refund or exchange per household, mailing address, or credit/debit account. Additional exchanges may be allowed in certain circumstances subject to customer returning unused product at customer’s cost.
