When is the last day I can order and still get gifts in time for Christmas?
Order by the dates below based on the shipping method you pick for the best chance of getting your gifts in time. However, we can’t guarantee anything. Ordering as early as possible is your best bet.
- Express: Friday, December 18
- Standard: Thursday, December 17
When will I get my order?
We work hard to get your order out of our warehouse and on its way as soon as possible. From there, transit can take up to seven business days, so plan ahead.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
There’s nothing like watching your order get closer to home. However, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated once you receive your number. If the info still hasn’t been updated, contact the shipping provider for details. If they’re unable to help, please reach out to us, and we’ll get it all figured out.
Can I change my order?
We understand mistakes happen. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make edits once an order’s placed. Like Santa’s elves, we’re working at full speed, which means once you complete your order, it’s already making its way to you.

Is there a limit to how many products I can buy?
Nope. Feel free to fill your cart with as much product as your pantry can handle, though we can’t guarantee your favorites will stay in stock during the sale.
Can I apply Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals to a previous order?
We wish we could, but we’re not retroactively changing any orders placed before our holiday deals dropped. That doesn’t mean you can’t take advantage of these deals now. After all, you can never have enough Oath.
