Block Party 2025 Terms and Conditions

Oath Nutrition’s “Block Party” event consists of a number of contests, prizes and giveaways.  All are sponsored by Trove Nutrition, LLC . owner of the brand Oath Nutrition® (referred to in these terms and conditions as “Oath”).

 

Block Party 50% off Sales Day

June 12, 2025 will be the Oath Nutrition Block Party (12:00am to 11:59pm Mountain Time). On this day the Oathnutrition.com website will only be available to members of Oath Nutrition’s email advertising list (the “Members”).  Members will be emailed a password to access the Oathnutrition.com and the special deals and discounts available on that day.

Products available during the Block Party will be up to 50% off of the first unit per product families, while supplies last.  Some products may also receive a discount of equal or lesser amounts on subsequent units purchased. 

Availability per product is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis.  All sales, discounts and prices are as posted on the website at time customer completes their purchase. Determination as to which customers purchased a product on the first come, first served basis shall be based on the sequence in which customer’s orders were full completed and accepted by Oath’s computer processing systems.  There are no rainchecks for any pricing posted during the Oath Nutrition Block Party.

Any orders that appear in Oath’s sole discretion to be made by a program, bot, AI or other system which Oath deems to create an unfair advantage or user experience for others may be cancelled at Oath’s sole discretion.  Certain orders that appear in Oath’s sole discretion to be fake, abusive or the result of AI or computerized programs (bots) may be cancelled.

For certain product families, each member will only be allowed to buy one unit of that product type at a discount.  Members living in the same home or address may be limited to 1 discounted product for certain product families.  Multiple orders to a single address which exceed the per address discount limit may result in any or all of the orders being cancelled.  Cancelled orders shall have all products in the order cancelled, regardless if all products in the order would have exceeded any limits established in these Terms and Conditions. Which orders are cancelled shall be up to Oath’s sole discretion.

Signing up for Oath Nutrition’s email marketing list to become a Member may take up to 24 hours to process.  Oath is not responsible for delays in receiving passcodes due to failure to receive email messages (including delivery to spam or junk folders), request to delete data or be removed from the lists, or failure to sign up for the list more than 24 hours before the Block Party.  Oath is not responsible for any discounts not received, or orders that Customers were not able to complete due to any computer, technology, internet or other errors, including any errors or crashing of the Oathnutrition.com website. All dates and times shall be determined by Oath’s system clocks.
