The flavors are good

I love the flavors but the powder does not dissolve unless it is in the blender, and that does not make it easy for travel.

Best Protein Supplement!

I am so tired of drinking milk-based/dairy-based protein products! I wanted something light and fruity, and Oath is perfect. I can mix with water or other fruit juices to get my extra protein with no extra sugar. Psst - the frosty lemonade is my absolute favorite!
