No more chalky “creamy” protein for this girl!

Have to admit, I was skeptical… but I did my research and decided to try Oath (mango flavor) for my protein. I usually have lots of trouble with whey protein, and I get very tired of the chocolate and vanilla standard flavors. I’ve tried some of the other flavors out there like cookie dough, but they are all way too sweet for me. This clear protein is perfect. I usually mix a serving of it with some electrolytes and it makes a great post workout drink or mid afternoon pick up. I’ve been looking for ways to get more protein into my diet, since I am not really a meat eater; and, while beans might be the musical fruit, that same old song gets tired, too. I’m actually really looking forward to incorporating this protein into my workday as a teacher. Sometimes I am not able to get lunch and there are definitely days where I end up having to stay later than I thought I was going to do to a parent conference, etc. Having protein like this as an available source in the classroom will help me cut down on feeling like I have to mix it with coffee, which will also help me cut out some of my coffee addiction. Overall, a nice improvement in my life. I like the mango flavor, I did not really care for the kiwi Strawberry, and the coconut flavor was good but a little overwhelming.

Watermelon is a KEEPER!

Great taste, light and refreshing-not heavy like other milky proteins. I don't LOVE the flavor the best but it's not bad, I just prefer some of the others instead.

Best protein

These are the best protein shakes, especially for someone with texture issues. I normally can't stomach the milk type protein shakes because they're too thick for me. Things are just flavored water. I can also turn them into slushies for the summer which is awesome with the blue raspberry or the coconut.
