I am mixed this with Simply strawberry lemonade and just a plastic spoon, and I must say, it isn’t terribly gritty, and it really helps that there isn’t an aftertaste. I would say the consistency is like powdered sugar.
I’ve used GNC micro used several times and this does not dissolve nearly as well. I always have some left at the bottom of my bottle which is not an issue I’ve had with other creatines. I love oath’s protein products but this one is a miss
Sometimes a quick re-shake after a minute or two can be all it takes to dissolve the product. Try the 'Shake, Wait, Re-Shake' method! Just shake your creatine with a whisk in a BlenderBottle, let it sit for a minute, then shake again before drinking. Creatine is for me a must have and it's not easy to find one that doesn't make you feel bloated. This oath creatine is ultra micronized, so you'll never get this terrible feeling.
